Ultimate Hair Solutions is the first affiliate of Hair Loss Control Clinic (HLCC) in Dallas. It is owned by Mahvash Garrett, RPh, a graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State University, School of Pharmacy. She has been practicing as a clinical pharmacist in Dallas area for the past 20 years. Mahvash was introduced to HLCC by a friend and was so impressed by their multi-approach system and the low level laser therapy (LLLT) that she decided to open a hair loss control clinic in 2009 under the supervision of the medical directors of HLCC.

Dr. S Michael Fuhrman is a specialist interest in both Laser Hair Loss Treatment and cosmetic Dermatology and is a board certified Family Practitioner.

Dr. Calderon is a highly trained aesthetic doctor and with more than 25 years experience in several fields of Medicine specializing in Hair Loss, Laser Hair Loss Treatment and Cosmetic Dermatology. She has trained extensively in the use of many types of aesthetic lasers.

Dr. Santiago Alverez, a specialist in laser hair therapy and a board certified Holistic Health Practitioner.

Dr. Michael Albert, a Hair Loss Specializing Physician and the Chairman of Pathology and medical director of laboratories, Bufflao Mercy Hospital.
